Our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) service is designed for individuals with extreme functional impairments or very high support needs who require purpose-built housing with enhanced accessibility and support features.

Our SDA service includes:

• Access to high-quality, fully accessible, and well-designed homes

• Accommodation built to meet specific physical, sensory, or behavioural needs

• Ongoing collaboration with support providers and families

• Integration of assistive technologies and safety features

• Support with daily living and community access (in partnership with SIL or other supports)

• Flexible living options: shared housing, self-contained units, or customised layouts

We work with participants, families, and NDIS planners to ensure that SDA options are aligned with each individual’s NDIS goals, lifestyle, and preferences.
