SIL Accommodation

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS service that provides support to adults with disabilities with daily tasks in their home environment. The goal of Supported Independent Living is to help you develop and maintain as much independence as possible in your home.

We are a leading NDIS SIL provider in Perth, enabling people access high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) in new purpose-designed Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes throughout Perth, Western Australia.

Each room in these NDIS homes includes a private oversized ensuite and structures in place to support a hoist in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We provide outstanding housing and disability support to help you live more independently.

SDA Accommodation

Specialist disability accommodation (SDA) is a range of housing designed for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. SDA dwellings have accessible features to help residents live more independently and allow other supports to be delivered better or more safely.

SDA homes are designed to meet the unique needs of those who require a high level of support. We engage with real estate developers around Perth to provide supported independent living services within Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) residences.

Respite Accommodation

Short-term accommodation, including respite care, provides assistance when you need to live away from home for a brief length of time. Short-term accommodation funds can be used to provide relief for you and your carers. This allows your caregivers a brief respite from their caring responsibilities.
